Semi-detached houses
The semi-detached family house is formed by two separate family houses, connected by one side, which has no windows. As a result, you can create a semi-detached family house by connecting different family houses, whether single-storey or multi-storey.
Semi-detached houses must be detached from the foundations up, as these are two completely separate buildings that can have different owners. They are identical to each other, but they are different in that they are mirrored to each other. Some are suitable for a wide plot of land with a side-by-side location, or for a narrower one, with a development behind it.
When ordering a semi-detached house, you must purchase the house project 2 times, both in the classic and in the mirror image. Look for family houses that are suitable as semi-detached family houses. Some require minor adjustments, which we will make for you. Most often it is about eliminating (moving) a window or changing the shape of the roof structure.
