The economical family house Bungalow 220 belongs among the house projects that bring a new dimension to living. It combines an emphasis on economy and generous living space. You can also use the Bungalow 222 project as a holiday cottage project without a garage.

Day and night, part of the house

The layout of the house is divided into day and night parts, which are separated for the highest level of privacy by a corridor. The entrance to the house consists of a hallway, which can accommodate a built-in wardrobe. It is separated from the rest of the house by sliding doors, which, when opened, do not take up any space while effectively preventing the penetration of cold from the surrounding area. The sliding door can be selected to open onto the wall or into the construction housing.

Opposite the corridor, there is a utility room. Its size allows its use not only for the installation of the boiler. A cupboard or shelf assembly for storing various things can also fit here.

The social part of the house

Like other PRODOM house projects, the Bungalow 220 project is designed for maximum comfort in everyday activities and relaxation. The day part of the house consists of a kitchen connected to the living room. The space is illuminated by windows and sliding doors leading to the terrace.

The kitchen is designed in a U-shape in direct connection to the dining table for three people. If this solution does not suit you, you can place the table in the space, thus creating a visual separation from the living area. Would you like to enjoy the view of the greenery while you eat? The French window facing the garden will allow you to do so.

The size of the living room will satisfy the requirements of a family of three. Its floor space allows the choice of L-shaped sofas for 3 - 4 people. A single armchair, TV set and shelves can also fit comfortably. The living room includes a fireplace where you can enjoy sitting together.

The pleasant environment of the night part of the house

The night part of the house is made up of a bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

In the bedroom, you will appreciate the generous wardrobe area. With the use of shelving systems or built-in wardrobes, not only clothes but also home textiles or other common necessities can fit comfortably here. Two windows provide light for the bedroom and wardrobe. This room will also satisfy the demands of those who like to lounge in bed in front of the TV.

Separate bathroom and toilet

The Bungalow 220 economy house project has thought of all the details. In the bathroom, it is possible to install a shower. It also provides a place for a washing machine and a sink cabinet. A cabinet for various toiletries can also be located in the hallway. Practical separation of bathroom and toilet allow their simultaneous use.

Ground floor bungalow without garage

The project of a bungalow without a garage is designed for living for 2 - 3 persons or recreation. You can build it on a flat or gently sloping plot. Parking is designed next to the house, also with a roof.
