RAD 1 is a house suitable for two-storey terraced housing. This five-room house offers efficient and practical use of space with an emphasis on the aesthetics of living.
The size of the entrance hallway provides ample space for a built-in wardrobe or a piece of hallway furniture set with hangers and a shoe rack. The hallway is connected to the rest of the house by a sliding door with the option of opening onto the wall or into a builder's enclosure. This project of a two-storey house, as well as other house projects from PRODOM, is divided into a social and leisure part.
The ground floor is the day part of the house. Immediately upon entering, you will find yourself in a generous living room connected to the kitchen. A large sliding window provides light for the space, and separate windows also have a section dedicated to the dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is designed with an L-shaped counter. It includes a food pantry where a refrigerator can also be placed. The dining area will meet the requirements of a large family - it can comfortably accommodate a dining table for 6 - 8 people.
You can place a sofa for four people in the living area with the possibility of adding separate stools or armchairs. The living room connected to the kitchen is dominated on two sides by an open fireplace. In summer, you will appreciate the direct passage to the terrace overlooking the garden.
The ground floor also includes a smaller room that can serve as a guest room, a children's room or a study and a toilet with a bathroom.
On the first floor of the house to the terraced housing RAD 1, there are three bedrooms, a wardrobe, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Each room offers ample floor space for wardrobes, shelves or other furniture. Two of the rooms have direct access to the balcony, which also provides plenty of light for doing homework.
The largest of the rooms is dedicated to the bedroom. It is separated from the children's rooms by a corridor for even more privacy. In the bedroom you will be pleased with the possibility of placing a built-in wardrobe and a large shelving system for books or chests of drawers, if necessary, a smaller work corner can also fit here.
The layout of the bathroom is also designed with storage space in mind. In addition to a shower and two sinks, it can accommodate a bidet and a cabinet for towels and toiletries.
The house in a terraced house without a garage RAD 1 is designed for 6 - 7 persons. You can build it on a flat or gently sloping plot. Parking can be arranged in front of the entrance with a roof.
If you have a narrow plot of land on which you plan to build a family house, then this family house project is a suitable solution for you. This narrow plot project is designed to maximise limited space while maintaining the functionality of the house. It makes efficient use of space on the plot.
This family house belongs to the category of Modern family houses. But it is up to you whether to use modern materials, various types of façade cladding or modern elements in interiors. Ultimately, the owner will be led to a house in the MODERN category with his/her approach to construction and the use of modern technologies, of which there are many at present.
You can create a semi-detached family house by connecting two suitable family house projects. One of them is mirrored to the other. Houses may be single or multi-storey, but they can only be connected via the walls without windows. Any windows in the wall may be eliminated or moved to another side.
